Shipping & Returns

Coronavirus (COVID-19) update
During these uncertain times we want to reassure you that the safety or our customers, employees and partners are our highest priority – and we closely follow the latest guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO) and local authorities.

The delivery time is currently not effected by this and our local postal service are fully operational in most countries with only a few exceptions in local regions and cities.

Worldwide shipping
All orders are shipped from our studio in Antalya and we ship worldwide using local postal service or DHL.

All packages have track and trace. Tracking information with be sent to you in a separate e-mail from our customer care team.

Delivery times
We dispatch all orders within 1-2 weeks.

Some countries, remote cities or islands may have longer delivery times. Please get in touch if you need a more exact delivery time for your country/city.

We can’t take responsibility for any delays out of our control, like customs delays etc.

Shipping costs
All shipping costs will be shown upon checkout, however please be advised that local taxes and import duties may apply and is not included in the shipping costs.

We accept the following debit and credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and American Express. We don’t charge any fees for credit card payments. You can choose to pay either with your credit card or Bank transfer. All prices includes 18% VAT.

KleoCo gladly accept returns but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Items should be returned new, unused.

KleoCo will refund the full amount of the returned products. Shipping cost and all other expenses are covered by the customer. 

Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense.

If you wish to return your order, please contact us by email with your order number and the reason for returning. Please contact us at before sending back the item, and we will provide you with directions for return. Please note that expense for the return shipment is paid by you.

Please note that it can take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping back to us so we recommend you keep a postage receipt with tracking number as proof that the package was sent.

Please remember to keep your post office receipt as a documentation that the goods have been sent.
